Black Pine Lab collects the name, email, company, and description of what you build that you submit through the waitlist. We use these details to assess early pilot fit and follow up about the hardware concept, not for unrelated marketing.
Submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database. Access to the review page is limited to the site owner. Do not submit confidential parts lists, drawings, or customer information.
We retain waitlist details while evaluating this concept and potential pilot participation. To correct or remove your details, or stop further contact, email support@blackpinelab.com.
SMS program privacy
This section covers the Black Pine Lab missed-call follow-up text program at +1 (855) 621-4282 and related support inquiries. It does not describe separate booking services.
Information collected for the program
- Your phone number and call details, including call time and whether the call was answered.
- Your consent response and timestamp.
- Text messages you send in reply.
- Information you choose to send by email.
Program uses
- To send the follow-up text you agreed to and respond to your replies.
- To keep a record of consent and honor STOP requests.
